Meetings
Task Force meetings have varied over the years and are scheduled by the executive. A reminder goes out to the Task Force's email distribution list prior to each meeting. As of the fall of 2011, meetings were from 6-8 PM on the first Thursday of every second month at the Routhier Community Centre, 172 Guigues Street, in Lowertown. Depending on the level of work, additional meetings or recesses are sometimes scheduled. Attendance averages about 5-10 people at each meeting. All are welcome to attend.
